Orders & Lead Times
What are your typical lead times?
Standard items: 2–4 weeks. Custom or large-volume orders: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and workshop capacity. We confirm a firm delivery window on the quote.
Can you handle staged deliveries or partials?
Yes. We can split deliveries by site or date. This is specified on the PO and may affect shipping costs.
Do you provide samples?
Sample sets are available for most items. Samples are invoiced and credited on confirmed orders above the MOQ.
Customization
What customization options are available?
Logo emboss/deboss, glaze colors, finishes, formats, and packaging. We also support co-branded marks where relevant.
How do I submit my logo or brand assets?
Provide vector files (SVG, AI, or EPS) and your brand guidelines. We share a digital proof, then—if needed—a physical pre-production sample for approval.
Pricing & Quotes
How do I get a quote?
Share item references, quantities per SKU, delivery address(es) and required date. We return a formal quote with unit pricing, lead times, and shipping.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, tiered pricing applies above certain thresholds per SKU or total order value. We include breaks on the quote.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
What are your MOQs?
MOQs vary by item and customization. As a guideline: tableware 24–48 units per SKU; customized items may require higher MOQs.
Shipping & Logistics
Which regions do you ship to?
We ship across Canada and to select international destinations.
How are damages handled in transit?
Report within 48h with photos and packing slip. We replace or credit according to the inspection. Packaging is optimized for HORECA shipments.
Payment Terms
What are your standard terms?
50% deposit on order, balance before dispatch. Net terms may be available for approved accounts.

Is the tableware dishwasher/industry-grade safe?
Yes, items are designed for daily service. We specify care notes per glaze/finish and test batches upon request.
Returns & Defects
What is your return policy for B2B orders?
Made-to-order items are non-returnable except for defects. Report any issue within 7 days of receipt for resolution.
Materials & Sustainability
Where are items made?
Crafted by local workshops in Québec. We prioritize short supply chains, responsible materials, and repairability when possible.
